SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Statement Auditors that are conducting statement solicitations.

 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for assisting Statement Auditors in the following tasks:
Identify and Key credits from supplier statements within the guidelines set out for the audit.

Create and email authorization requests (approval forms) for any credits within scope.

Initiate required follow up phone calls and or emails to vendors for any authorization

requests (approval forms) not returned.

Make phone calls to vendors for current contacts and statement requests.

Saving incoming emails into the TRACER system.

Update and maintain vendor contacts in TRACER.

Other duties as may be assigned by BASC Director

administrative tasks correctly and on time.

Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in daily work.

Dependability: Follows instructions well and responds to Management direction in a

timely manner.

Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as supplier statements,

purchase orders, credit memo’s etc. Ability to speak effectively in a group setting

(training sessions/conference calls). It is expected to be fluent in English and any

additional languages spoken are a plus.

Education and/or Experience:

It is preferred for the ideal candidate to have:

Minimum of two years of college or university study and/or two to four years of related

experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
