The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, tools, and processes that enhance the effectiveness of our sales team. This role bridges the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our salespeople have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Client-specific Content Creation and Management: Tailor foundational sales materials to individual clients’ pain points and needs. Develop high-quality tailored sales material, including playbooks, battle cards, presentations, and training materials.
- Training and Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, and industry trends
- Technology Implementation: Manage sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline sales operations
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and fine-tune sales processes
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales enablement metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve sales productivity
- RFP Management: Own and manage the entire RFP process, including developing a streamlined workflow, coordinating with subject matter experts, creating and maintaining a response library, and ensuring timely and high-quality RFP submissions. Continuously refine the RFP process to improve efficiency and win rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, marketing, or training roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement technologies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
