SUMMARY:
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse high-caliber candidates, and managing the entire recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and hiring. This role will support recruitment efforts in Latin America, with a focus on Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico.
WORKING SCHEDULE:
For the first two months, the position requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday in Medellín, Colombia. After this period, a hybrid work schedule may be considered.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage top talent across Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico, promoting the benefits of working at PRGX.
- Develop and implement both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment process: posting job roles, leading kickoff meetings, screening and evaluating candidates, maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders, advising hiring managers, ensuring an inclusive interview process, negotiating offers, and completing pre-employment aspects of onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business, department, and role-specific needs across LATAM.
- Develop engagement strategies to attract high-quality candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline in Latin America.
- Use the appropriate tools and sources effectively to target and identify top candidates in the region.
- Advise hiring managers on the interview process, market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices for recruitment.
- Build and leverage networks with business resource groups, professional organizations, and other relevant platforms across LATAM.
- Lead intake and planning sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, identify potential sourcing strategies, and create search completion plans.
- Focus recruitment efforts on building a diverse workforce and aligning with the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.
- Recommend top candidates based on objective criteria from the evaluation process.
- Ensure consistent communication and adherence to Talent Acquisition processes, guiding hiring managers through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the Compensation Department to ensure alignment with company policies and compensation strategies.
- Build a bench of qualified candidates for future hiring needs across the LATAM region.
- Manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all applicants are processed and evaluated in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with PRGX hiring standards, policies, and all legal and regulatory requirements across Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the hiring and onboarding process for candidates in LATAM.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects and other related duties as necessary.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, specifically in a corporate setting with experience in LATAM recruitment (Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico).
- Strong relationship-building skills with both external and internal talent, HR, and hiring managers.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), process management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, customer service, and influence management skills.
- Proficiency in staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS systems, electronic job boards, social media, and candidate sourcing applications.
- Ability to provide expert advice and ensure the hiring of top-quality candidates.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes across multiple functions, departments, and LATAM regions.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
